Alright there, mate?
I am not ashamed to say that my little makeup collection stems from brands located in England. I mean the packaging is always cute and draws me in; I end up buying it and using it on a daily basis. The quality of products from the brands are great; most of my products last a long time after I’ve applied them and the looks turn out exactly how I planned.
It helps when you have British beauty gurus like Rachel Leary, Sophdoesnails, and Steph Toms showing pride in their country’s cosmetic brands and serving their fans with jaw-dropping looks using these brands.
I know that I covered this brand before in my previous article. I love Makeup Revolution because I can always count on the quality of their products and affordable prices. The first item I ever bought from the brand was the Unicorns Are Real eyeshadow palette featuring a beautiful range of shades. I literally used that palette for a month and recommend it to anyone who adores unicorns and loves shimmery eyeshadow.
If you are just finding Makeup Revolution, I recommend getting a full range of their products, from foundation to lipstick. One of my favorite face products is the Liquid Highlighter in Ethereal. A gorgeous, shimmery pink that looks gorgeous on all skin tones, it has the perfect name.
You can check Makeup Revolution out here or head to your local Ulta and stock up on great products.
The year was 1982 and a gentleman by the name of Barry Mero sought to enhance the makeup trends of the 80’s by introducing more vivid and pigmented colors. Barry M Cosmetics became the brand to shop if you wanted an unconventional look or wanted to stand out from the crowd.
If your makeup collection consists of more lip products, don’t miss adding the four Gloss Me Up lip glosses that are beautiful for the summer. The shade Peekaboo is adorably pink (and I am not much of a pink person). All four shades could be used as toppers for a matte lipstick.

MUA Makeup Academy’s reputation is built due to its quality products and a strong belief in using vegan ingredients in the makeup as well as being cruelty-free. With their low prices, you can fill your makeup bag with the essentials for less than $25.
The 15 Shade eyeshadow palette has been praised on Instagram, with makeup addicts regardless of skill level showing off colorful looks for summer. The palette has ten different variations of colors but if you want an opinion, I love the Colour Burst palette. If you plan on going to a festival or concert, I would recommend this palette due to its versatility. By the way, it only costs $6.50USD.
The eyeliners are perfect and last for hours. The quality is on par with some high-end brands and I’ve found that using MUA eyeliners is easier for making a winged look. My recommendation? The Luxe Precision Liner.
